S7 basic course

Course participants were able to test the redundancy functionality on an H-controller live in-house and change components during operation.

Minor program expansions and system analyses were carried out using the STEP 7 configuration software.

The aim was to provide course participants with all relevant information about the S7 system in order to identify and correct software and hardware errors and to carry out simple system expansions themselves.

• Use of STEP 7 configuration software for diagnostics
• Troubleshooting and remedying
• Identify and fix basic hardware faults
• Identify and fix software errors
• replace redundant hardware during operation (H system)
• carry out simple system expansions yourself
