Instead of initiating a service call, remote support can see exactly what challenges technical staff are facing in real time. This makes it possible to repair machines promptly and restore operational readiness.
Configuration / setup of the IT infrastructure to visualize the control system used in the plant
The control systems show the production processes for the individual plant components on which the clients are built. Staff can log on to the control system with their access card in order to carry out process-relevant activities.
This means that the audit trail always makes it possible to see exactly who carried out which process, at what point in time.
